The 45th General Student Association sponsored, the 2009 Daedongje planning committee ‘Color Maker’ planned the Daedongje was held from May 20th to 22nd. The slogan of the festival was ‘PLAY or CLASS.’ The festival started with the Daedongje Marathon at 11 o’clock, and the Energy Sharing Campaign, which supports saving energy, was also held during the day.

After that, the Creative Destruction-2 took place. On the first day, students drew graffiti on an old car, and on the last day of festival, they crushed the car. After 5 p.m., the Students’ Performance started on the main stage in front of the Main Auditorium. When the performance was over, the fireworks filled the night sky.

On the second day of the festival, even though it was raining, the Drinking Milk Fast Contest was held at noon in front of the Students Hall. After this, the singer “Sean” gave a lecture about Passion, Share and Love! At 6 p.m., the Arm Wrestling Competition took place, and then the On-line Game Tournament started. To end the day, the Movie Preview was offered.

On the final day of the festival, the second Student’s Performance occurred. After that, the highlight of this festival, the UOS Club Party, started at 7 p.m.. DJ. Koo, Dynamic Duo and After School featured in this peformance. Also, diverse events were held in many places, such as the Promote Organ Donation, the Korean Style Bar, the Playing Like a Child event, the Promotion of each College Students’ Association & the Students Clubs and the Rock Climbing event. Because these events were held in different times and places, students needed to check the pamphlet.
