On May 19th at four o’clock in the afternoon, there was a special lecture going on at the first basement level of the University Center at the University of Seoul. The lecturer was an alumnus of the UOS, who graduated from the Dept. of Public Administration in class of 88’ and has worked in the real estate business for a long time.

In addition, he wrote a couple of books about it. Currently, he is working as adjunct professor in Dongseoul College, in the Department of Real Estate. He gave a lecture on the subject of real estate. Out of many aspects about the real estate, he focused on things that college students should be careful of when making a real estate contract.

College students do not have many experiences related to real estate since most of them have just stepped into the real world, the lecturer said. He also added that is the reason why students should be fully informed before signing any big contracts, because without it, they can be an easy target to a real estate agent.

During the week of the festival, many special events were held at the school. This special guest lecture was part of the festival and it was informative and useful for those of who are interested in this field.
