When you have a problem signing on to WISE or downloading a software program, whom do you turn to for help? The UOS has provided students with PC 119 (an emergency call number in Korea) for this. UOS students throughout the years previously contacted PC 119 when they had a computer related problem.

However, as of September 3 this semester, a newer option was released: The IT Help Desk. The IT Help Desk is available to help you from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. University administration, Single Sign On (SSO), electronic texts, mail, community, homepages, printing and network etc., are all fields you can reach out for help by calling 6490-6119. The IT Help Desk provides a friendly service and will not hesitate to listen to the problems you are facing and help you solve them step-by-step.
