There will be a design contest of creative engineering for UOS undergraduates. The applications for participation were accepted from Apr. 28 to May 23. Individual team must include three students at least in engineering-related department, and the number of participants in each team was limited from 4 to 6.

With the first screening on previously submitted ideas on May 26, through a series of processes like an orientation and the second screening on memorandum, the last judging will be at the beginning of September. The theme of this contest was designated to make UOS to go along with a local community with the ideas citizens propose and methods to help underprivileged in our society.

The winner of the contest will be granted a cash reward with a certificate and qualified to participate in internal or external design contests of creative engineering as a representative of UOS. They will be also given preference to internal or external workshop selection sponsored by Engineering Education Center.
