Coex Aquarium is located in Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Since it is located near subway stations, Bongeunsa Station (Line 9) and Samsung Station (Line 2), it is easy to access. However, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the entrance of the aquarium. After buying a ticket, you can enter the first corner.
The whole course is divided into 16 parts; Check In, Rainbow Lounge, Story of Korean fish, Garden of Korea, Fish in Wonderland, Amazonia World, Marine Touch LAB, Mangrove and Beach, Living Reef Gallery, Ocean Kingdom, Marine Mammal Village, Deep Blue Square, Deep Blue Sea Tunnel, Garden of Jellyfish, Penguin’s Playground, and The Gift Shop. According to the name of each section, you can enjoy whole different types of marine lives and activities. For example, in Marine Touch LAB, people can actually touch some of the marine lives. In Deep Blue Sea Tunnel, a big artificial tunnel, which is filled with water and wonderful living things, will surround you with a moving walk on the floor. Also, there are some performances and Feeding Times according to the physical condition of the organisms.
