When I entered The UOS Times, I was worried about writing articles because I am not good at English writing skills. However, with my professors and peer reporters, I can write articles more easily than I firstly expected. Thanks for everyone. Also, nice to meet everyone in The UOS Times family. I really appreciate readers interested in reading The UOS Times. I will learn to improve my English writing skills more and more. Thank you, everyone.

Choi Hyun-jung (School of Liberal Studies, ’18)
I am glad that I can work as a reporter. Actually, writing an article was not that easy in this issue. However, I am sure that these experiences at The UOS Times will be helpful because I can learn a lot of things; such as English, writing skills for articles, and circumstances of our college. In addition, I met many good people in The UOS Times. I want to continue writing good articles with good people.

Yi Se-won (Dept. of International Relations, ’18)
Actually, I joined into The UOS Times accidentally. While I have joined here for just a few months so far, I can tell I was so lucky that I did not pass through The UOS Times recruitment poster. Although writing articles was harder than I expected, it can make my English writing skills grow and develop more. Also, our crews, all of the reporters are really nice and fun. I think this is one of the proudest things for me. I expect great days to come!

Kim Jin-woo (School of Business Administration, ’18)
It was very hard to write features in English, and it is also hard to write Chit-chat in English. After I wrote an English feature for the first time in my life, I realized that I am a real Korean. I regretted getting in The UOS Times 100 times while writing features, but I felt a little proud of myself after finishing the writing in English. Besides writing English, I think my reading English skills have become faster than before because I had to peer-edit in time. For the crew of West, West is the best.

Entering The UOS Times is a great challenge for me. I want to learn many things including responsibility while working here as a reporter. I am a little bit scared and excited at the same time; to write English articles, but I will try hard and make pleasant experiences with other reporters.
