International Food Festival was held on Oct. 25 at the square in front of Chennong Hall. Institute of International Cooperation and Education hosted for an International Food Festival for celebrating centenary of the University of Seoul (UOS). The opening ceremony was held at 11 a.m. In this event, participants can enjoy making bibimbap together. International Food Festival prolonged five hours, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Foreign students opened booths and made their foods. Also, students, professors in UOS and even citizens participated in this festival. Foreign students operated 15 food booths; included Malaysia, Japan, India, France, Thailand, Russia, and so on. Other than food booths operated by foreigner students, there were several food trucks so as for visitors to enjoy some snacks and foods. In addition, there were club performance and event booths such as face painting, tattoo, henna, and traditional costume booth. Furthermore, participants could select a booth as a most popular booth. After these booths, prize lottery was taken and people selected the best booth. A great number of students enjoyed this festival and this event offered opportunities to experience abroad foods.
