First of all, I`d like to thank professors at the University of Seoul for praising my essay on `Philosophy and Science.` In contemporary society, it is not too much to say that science is momentum of a society.
The fact, science can bring about either positive or negative result depending on one`s moral and philosophical values, led me to think deeply about the meaning of philosophy in an age of science. I could write an essay of such as momentous topic because I have made a habit of keeping a diary in English and I have grown up with my family’s inclination toward reading.
Integrated thinking, rather than a set of knowledge or an analytic way of thinking, helped me to write it. I want to thank Pusan Foreign Language High School and teachers for teaching me sophisticated expressions and paragraphs in English.
