There are various types of classes. Some classesdepend on the students` will and other classesdepend on the charisma of the professor. If youtake "The Principles of Business Administration", youwill be aware of the real definition of charisma. The classtakes place every Tuesday from 3PM to 6PM.

This classhas intends to produce talented professionals with three goals: communication, business and global ability.

Students have to write two essays that express theiropinion after reading a business articles every week. Ifstudents write an essay without a specific recommendation, they have to register an After Action Review (AAR),as punishment. "Students may think it is too difficult butthey can strengthen their writing ability while they do it."said Prof.

Sohn. The lesson consists of students` presentations.Students make teams and take charge ofeach chapter. Also various activities allow studentsto showcase their business ability. Forexample, in an assignment like those seen on"The Apprentice," students receive a fund andsell what they can make a profit on for 24 hours.

Moreover the second assignment is participatingin an enterprise contest.

If a student gets a prizeat the contest, he/she will receive an A+.If you are retaking this lecture or have adouble major, you must register a lecture inEnglish. You may think this is hard to adapt, but if stud ents donot understand the professor explains again in Korean.

"I think having a mindfor a challenge is the first step" said Kim Tae-Kyung, a student attending this class.Prof. Sohn comments for the students, "Ifyou play today, you will have to run tomorrow and fly after a week . You need competitive power: communication, business and global ability."

Although the lecture is limited to three hours, communication among fellows continues 24 hoursin the on-line community. Tasks such as submittingassignments are carried out in the on-linecommunity. They learn time management skillsthrough this. The present lecture system was established in2004.

Now Prof. Sohn is planning to cooperatewith portal sites and to sell the community systemto other Business Administration classes. Hesaid, “"Portal sites will gain profits by attractingusers and we can provide a scholarship with those profits .
