New multi-functional student ID cards are being issued this year. Students can use them as an ID card, a library card, a smart card to pay transport fees, a debit card and an e-money card. This card, which can also be used to purchase meal tickets, is expected to satisfy UOS students, improving upon the weak points of the previous card.
