The 9th Changsangot-mae Cup Soccer Tournament was held in the Main Stadium from May 2 to 18. Twenty eight departments participated except the Dept. of Korean History and the Dept. of English Language & Literature. Twenty three preliminary games were held from May 2 to 12. Two semifinal games were held on 16. On May 19, at 2 p.m., the final match was held with the Dept. of Public Administration and the Dept. of Tax Science. The champion was the Dept. of Public Administration. After the final match, at 4 p.m., an all-star game was held between the qualified players` team which was made with the well-done players and the amateur soccer team of the UOS.
This tournament was postponed once because of mid-term exams and other events overlapping with the tournament. In addition, because this tournament was carried out without any support of the GSC, the promoter collected 20,000 won from each department as an entry fee.
