In the past, it was easy for everyone to upload a writing to the free BBS on the UOS homepage. But now, the Computer Center has changed everything; first, you need to register an ID for the UOS homepage BBS, then use the ID to upload a writing to the free BBS. After this change, the amount of writings has decreased. On the other hand, few writing abusing someone or some group directly are uploaded. There are two sides to this matter. There are some people who do not want to change the past system to freely upload everyone`s idea or opinion. And others want to prevent the irresponsible writings that abused the anonymity of the past free BBS.
