Student Exchange
Every semester, the UOS dispatches and hosts exchange students from partner institutions around the world. Tuition is paid to the home university. Application should be processed under the approval of the Institute of International Cooperation and Education (IICE). For more information, please contact Ms. Kim So-hee (bernu98@hotmail.com)

Foreign Language Study Abroad
UOS students now have more chances to go to foreign universities to learn foreign languages: English, Chinese, and Japanese. For a period of four to six weeks, 20 students can go to each foreign university: one UK university, three USA universities, a Canadian university, two Chinese universities and a Japanese university. The UOS supports much of the cost. Language skill test scores and term records are the most important factors in choosing the applicants. For more information, please contact Ms. Kang Sun-yeong (ksyworld01@uos.ac.kr)

Dual Degree Programs
The UOS offers dual degree programs that allows students to simultaneously earn two bachelor degrees from two institutions: at home and abroad. Students are exposed to comprehensive and integrative environments in their major area by studying four semesters at each institution. For more information, please contact Ms. Kim So-hee (bernu98@hotmail.com)

The International Summer School (ISS)
The International Summer School (ISS) program provides international students with an opportunity to learn about Korean culture and tradition. One of the unique advantages of ISS is the one-on-one Buddy Program. One of the UOS students shares a room with each of international students interested in as well as Korean studies. Students are required to take three two-credit courses delivered in English; two of them are in-class lectures, and the other is concerned with field trips.
