Avocados are known as a great ingredient to include in your daily diet since they are packed with anonymous nutrients. Avocado has such a unique taste and texture that it doesn't feel like fruit. It has a soft texture and savory taste like butter, hence called "Butter from the forest." It contains is even listed in the Guinness book for its rich nutrients. A study of 17,567 Americans found that eating avocado lowers their weight and body mass index, indicating that avocado is appropriate to prevent obesity, one of the risk factors for diabetes. Avocados have tons of fiber and healthy fat, and they are low in carbohydrates.
Since you don't have to worry about high blood sugar after eating them, it's good to eat them in between meals as a snack. There are various ways to enjoy avocados. When it is fully ripped, enjoy avocado burger and sandwich with avocado slices. You can also mash avocado with lemon juice and olive oil and mix it with salsa to make guacamole!
