On December 10, 2020, student A uploaded a video on their YouTube channel. It was a parody version of the unique promotional video from Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) which came out on July 30, 2020. The original version became world-widely famous because of its unique dance that combined with Korean traditional music, Pansori. The music was also special because it wasn’t ordinary Pansori, it was a fusion of Pansori with Pop. Because of its uniqueness and purpose of the original video, the student decided to make a parody, University of Seoul version. They gathered 9 participants (Dance, Shoot, Edit), went to the traditional market to buy clothes, and walked around the campus over 5 times to pick the right place at the right time. It only took 2 weeks to do all this. After the release, the view of the parody video went over 10,000 in 4 days, and it’s about to over 30,000 now.
