Recently, decaffeinated consumption has been increasing rapidly. Decaffeinated is attractive to people who like coffee, but have a weak stomach, or want to drink coffee in the evening. It is easy to see students looking for decaffeinated coffee with relatively low caffeine even during the exam period.

Decaffeination is the process of removing caffeine from coffee beans, cocoa, tea leaves, and other substances that contain caffeine. Decaffeinated coffee generally contains 1-2% of the original caffeine ingredients, and can be eaten by pregnant women, diabetics, and people with weak stomachs.

Decaffeinated coffee originated from an attempt to maintain the aroma and taste of coffee while eliminating caffeine as much as possible. There are many ways to get rid of caffeine, including a method using water, a method using a solvent, and a method of extracting supercritical carbon dioxide.

Many studies have shown that caffeine is effective in dieting, anti-aging, and improving concentration. Depending on individual characteristics, the body reactions to caffeine are different. So it is better to properly control the caffeine intake by oneselves.
