Readers might find mistakes in the translation of articles…please don’t hesitate to point them out. We’ll soon open the on-line board to get your opinions. But please don’t be too harsh on reporters. With your support and generous attention we’ll get the power to make more interesting and exciting magazines. Your feedback is very important to us at the UOS.
In this edition we are going to change the contents a little. First, “The Place” will be replaced by “Travel” temporarily. “The Place” was designed to cover stories about areas in or near Seoul where the UOS students could visit easily.
But the “Travel” section will cover information about countries abroad. In addition, we are scheduled to make two additional magazines during last part of the vacations so we’ll have enough time to research new articles. This time I got the chance to visit India so I wrote an article about my wonderful yet frustrating journey there.
I felt it is necessary to add this because a lot of the UOS students plan to travel abroad during vacations. So our magazine will give them helpful information and practical travel tips. However, during this semester we will still include “The Place” as usual.
I hope these changes will please all the members of the UOS. Since our magazine is still unfamiliar with some of the students, we’ll make an effort to get closer to you. One of our reporters made a group on Facebook. If you search the UOS Times on Facebook you will be able to watch some private pictures of the members of the UOS Times.
The next edition of the magazine will be released in first week of April. So please wait for us. We are excited about these changes and another fun semester at the UOS. Thanks for reading our magazine as it is produced by the UOS reporters for everyone at the UOS to read and enjoy!!
