As I sit down to write my farewell article, I could not help but reminisce about my beginning as a cub reporter. Full of passion, yet often clumsy, I never expected that my time here would pass so swiftly.

While not every day was adorned with delightful and elegant memories, my experience as a member of The UOS Times undeniably broadened my horizons and gave me plenty of valuable lessons.

I learned the art of writing, critical thinking, effective collaboration, shouldering responsibility, and cultivating patience, among other essential skills. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have worked alongside me and the readers of The UOS Times.

The opportunity to work in this company with such wonderful individuals has been an absolute blessing. Equipped with the invaluable resources gained during my time here, I am now ready to embark upon a new chapter in a larger world.

This year, I will be going to the U.S. to fulfill my desire of studying Journalism, which has always been on my bucket list. Undoubtedly, the experiences I have amassed in The UOS Times played an integral role in solidifying this decision. Being a part of The UOS Times has been an incredible honor. I thank all my colleagues and the readers for everything once again. Farewell!

Time flew, for sure. I spent one and a half year in The UOS Times working as a reporter, and it was such a great opportunity. Since I joined The UOS Times as soon as I entered the university, it is no exaggeration to say that I devoted my whole passion of freshman and sophomore years here.

Due to the passion I devoted, I earned a lot from it. I became interested in the world issues, learned how to deliver my words in an articulate way, and developed a sense of responsibility. Those helped me a lot to strengthen my ability and to look into the world with a broader perspective.

I am beyond grateful for the opportunity which The UOS Times gave me, and I will continue to move forward based on the lessons I acquired during working as a reporter here.

I joined The UOS times last year, and it is already time to write a farewell message! It feels like yesterday. It is sad to think that I am leaving.

Actually, at first, I thought about whether to apply for The UOS times or not. I thought I was trying something beyond my ability for no reason. But I have no regrets because I learned a lot during working as a journalist!

I am not worried because I know that talented journalists will continue to work for The UOS Times. Reflecting on my time here, I realized that I had a lot of fun working as a writer. Writing and distributing magazines to students in the University of Seoul was very valuable memories. Based on these experiences, now I became fearless to challenge many new things.

So I want to say thank you to The UOS times and thank my fellow reporters for their hard work. It was truly fun! Good bye~
