Hello, The UOS Times readers!
I am a new Cub-Reporter, Kim You-jin. I’m really glad and excited to become a member of The UOS Times. I’m very looking forward to writing articles about our university and bringing them to all The UOS Times readers. One thing I’m concerned about though is that a lot of people, including my friends, are reluctant to learn about The UOS Times or to apply to become a member here because we publish our magazine in English. Thus, it is my goal to bring The UOS Times closer to UOS students so that students can find The UOS Times more approachable and friendly. I hope more UOS students will seize these opportunities to improve their English skills, broadening their horizons at The UOS Times, just as I did.

Hello:^)
At last, I became a new Cub-Reporter and I am so glad to meet The UOS Times readers through the Chitchat section of the magazine for the first time. I wanted to become The UOS Times reporter so I bravely knocked on The UOS Times’ office door on the my very first day of campus life. Becoming a Cub-Reporter was not as easy as I thought it would be. I woke up early during a probation period and took tests before I finally got accepted as a real reporter. It was a harsh but worthwhile experience and I think this is why I feel more dedicated to The UOS Times. And I cannot express how happy I was when the ‘you’ve been accepted’ text message came! My heart went pit a pat when I received the first edited version of my article from Professor Adam too :D Yes, I will continue to work harder! Cheers!

Hello, everyone! Nice to meet you all!
My name is Yook Jun-yeop and I am a new Cub-Reporter for The UOS Times.
Since I am very interested in writing English articles and gaining extraordinary experiences as a freshman, I decided to apply for The UOS Times. By working at The UOS Times, I also wanted to contribute to UOS’s rise as one of the top universities in the world.
It was not easy though, to qualify for the entrance exam of The UOS Times. I had to take many exams and was interviewed over a week, before I finally qualified as a Cub-Reporter for The UOS Times. This is why it is a great honor for me to be a part of The UOS Times.
As a reporter, I will dedicate myself to bringing you up-to-date campus news. I am also looking forward to embracing new opportunities to help grow my insight and clarify my blueprint for the future.
I will try my best at all times to write helpful articles for UOS students. Thank you :)
