This flooring material was quite unfit for more diverse activities like isometrics such as yoga, pilates and stretching, core exercises and taekwondo before the renovation. After the renovation, we could run pilates and yoga class on the newly made wooden floor,” said the persons from the Wellness Center.
Since the renovation, GX Room users have been more satisfied with the flooring which enabled them to do bare hand exercises and comfortable floor to lie face down.
