Start a Good Relationship

As a new semester begins, there are various goals that are set by the majority of university students. And no one has as many goals and expectations as freshman. Most freshmen have met fellows and seniors through several social events. Now, a month after the beginning of a new semester, many university students worry about partying excessively. And you can often see a student stagger along the street, needing the help of other student to walk straight, fight with other people etc. around university in the beginning of the semester. It can be an irritating fact that the start of a freshman`s university life can be ruined by alcohol.

Generally people use alcohol to be familiar with other people. But there is a saying, `Too much is as bad as too little.` Drinking too much alcohol may make a first meeting unpleasant. It is possible that freshmen who should be full of the joys of life can have a bad start to university life when those who have no experience drinking get to drink without any knowledge of how to handle alcohol, for example having a meal before drinking, drinking water while drinking to help to neutralize alcohol and so on.

On the other hand this is not a problem made by freshmen because most parties on campus are made by seniors. So seniors have a duty to correct bad habits and mistakes at parties. The role of seniors is not to lead freshmen but to teach them to make their own way and show the right path. Ironically place where freshmen can hear the advice of seniors is parties. Therefore university students including freshman need to learn the right party etiquette to keep and develop the good relationships they made at the beginning of the new semester. If you observe good manners when you drink, you will enjoy your party and university life much better.
